To increase the strength and reliability of these and all timbers, they have to be dried. Air drying prior to kiln drying has been proven over time to produce strong and stable timber for the production of reliable final products. It is during the drying period that Prime Timber Products offers the Teak and Mahogany Investment Project, where investors have the opportunity to buy green, rough-sawn Teak and Mahogany timber, own it for a period, and then sell it dried back to Prime Timber Products at a guaranteed return of 10%pa or have Prime Timber Products sell the timber at the highest price to maximize investor return.
